METALPOL is family owned business for over 35 years, providing custom springs, wire and metal products. Our goal is to provide our customer a cost effective yet high quality product with minimal lead times and on time delivery.

METALPOL is a manufacturer of springs, wire forms and other metal products like battery clamps. We can run one piece or large production order to customer specifications. These include: compression, extension, torsion, double torsion and wire forms that can be drilled, welded, formed, etc. For industrial, commercial or personal use.

Exacting Manufacturing Standards

We have automatic coiling equipment that coils springs from 0,2 mm to 16 mm diameter wire as well as CNC hydraulic spring coiling machine up to 16 mm. Also available are equipment, tools and personnel to perform secondary looping, bending, and forming operations necessary to produce an infinite variety of compression, extension and torsion springs as well as wire forms.

To finish our compression springs; we use battery of automatic grinders that can economically grind your springs to exacting tolerances for scariness, length, and load. We also provide in-house heat treatment, deburring, shot-peening, and painting or protective finishing to enhance the quality of the finished product. In addition, Metalpol has a short-run or „prototype” department which can efficiently take care of your prototype, small order, line trial or just emergency needs. Thus, we are able to respond to your every requirement.

Wire forms, including rings, pins, handles, bails, and drawbars, are also produced by metalpol. As a spring company we have a total capability in the design and manufacture of springs. All of four products are custom made and can be crafted from virtually any available material.
